The Hart County Botanical Garden is a dreamy place with multiple lush gardens, a fun children's playscape complete with hammocks, a charming fairy garden, climbing walls, slides, a sensory walk, and whimsical tree art around every corner. With a nearby lake providing additional recreational options, it's the perfect spot for an amazing family road trip from Greenville, SC.
If you are looking for an easy waterfall hike within a short drive of Greenville with the view of a lifetime, this is Toccoa Falls. Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia, the 186-ft waterfall is one of the tallest falls east of the Mississippi River.
We were hiking in the Tallulah Gorge State Park in Georgia and on our way back home to Greenville, decided to stop by this unique roadside attraction—Goats On The Roof. And what a blaaast it was!
